| 描述 | BID, a BH3 interacting domain death agonist is a member of the Bcl-2 family. Upon activation in response to Fas/TNF-R1 death receptor signal, it iscleaved by caspase 8 and translocated to mitochondria and inducescytochrome C release, which in turn activates downstream caspases. |
