| 描述 | CD11b is a 170 kD glycoprotein, also known as alphaM integrin, Mac-1 alpha subunit, Mol, CR3, or Ly-40. CD11b is amember of the integrin family, primarily expressed on granulocytes, monocytes/macrophages, NK cells, and some Tand B cells. CD11b non-covalently associates with CD18 (beta2 integrin) to form Mac-1. Mac-1 plays an important rolein cell-cell interaction by binding its ligands ICAM-1 (CD54), ICAM-2 (CD102), ICAM-4 (CD242), iC3b, and fibrinogen. The M1/70 antibody can block CD11b-mediated cellular adhesion. This antibody is also cross-reactive with humanCD11b. |

| 应用备注 | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. * PerCP has a maximum absorption of 482 nm and 564 nm and a maximum emission of 675 nm. Additional reported applications of this antibody (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation1, in vitroblocking of cell-cell adhesion2, and immunohistochemistry3-5 of acetone-fixed frozen |
