特异性 Purified virions. May react with chicken cellular proteins. Specific to H3N2 by IHA. Does not react with HEp-2 cells, Influenza B, RSV, Para 1-3 or Adeno.

应用范围 Immunofluorescence (IF)
应用备注 Suitable for use in IHA and direct IFA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

浓度 4-5 mg/ml (OD280 nm, E0.1% = 1.4)
纯化 Sodium sulfate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography.
缓冲液 0.01 M PBS, pH 7.2 containing 10 mg/ml BSA as stabilizer and 0.09 % Sodium azide as preservative.
贮藏 Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
